Hello! Here’s what’s new at The Garden Grazer as we wind down August:

Asian-Style Kale + Tofu Salad with Peanut Dressing

I created this recipe because I wanted a meal that included a hearty dose of both greens AND protein. There are so many textures and it’s incredibly flavorful and satisfying. (Plus great for meal prep.)

Teriyaki Mushrooms with Snow Peas

Grab your favorite mushrooms and let’s toss them with a delicious homemade teriyaki sauce! Crisp snow peas add great snappy crunch to this easy side dish. (It’s perfect for a build-your-own rice bowl as well.)

Bright and fresh! Making your own hummus at home allows you to customize the flavors + ingredients just the way you like. Try this lemon-dill version as a sandwich spread, veggie dip, with crackers or pita.

Summer Vegetable Chili

This hearty chili combines two types of beans and fresh garden produce. A great way to bridge the gap between seasons while summer veggies are still available.
