Gingerbread granola, chocolate cookies, vegan meatloaf, and more!

Hello and wishing you a Merry Christmas and happy holidays! Here’s what’s cooking at The Garden Grazer:

Gingerbread Granola

This oil-free granola features inviting flavors of molasses, maple syrup, and warm spices. (Not to mention it transforms your home into a magical holiday-scented wonderland as it bakes!)

Vegan Chocolate Cookies

These soft-baked cookies are made healthier with no butter, oil, eggs, or refined sugar. They’re gluten-free, deliciously chewy (almost brownie-like!) and delectably tasty with rich chocolate flavor.

Vegan Mini Meatloaf with Maple-Balsamic Glaze

This comforting “meatloaf” is made with whole food, plant-based ingredients. I created this recipe with ease of assembly in mind so it’s not overly complicated to prepare. (And if you’re not a fan of the maple-balsamic glaze, check the notes for a classic ketchup glaze instead!)

Vegetable Barley Soup

This delicious, homestyle soup is simplicity at it’s finest! Perfect for these busy winter days. It’s thick, nourishing, and deeply satisfying. Plus you can customize it with whatever veggies you have on hand.

Black Bean Salsa

This homemade salsa is SO fresh & flavorful with juicy tomatoes, sweet corn, hearty beans, and a tangy cilantro-lime dressing! It’s great for party spreads, appetizers, or snacking.

Behind the Scenes
