Hello! It’s been a fun and busy couple months testing & posting a flurry of new recipes at The Garden Grazer. Here’s a little taste of what’s new:
Roasted Veggie Wrap with Hummus
This tasty wrap combines balsamic roasted vegetables, creamy hummus, and fresh spinach. Plus it’s wildly customizable - check out the post for ideas!
Crispy Baked Tofu
A simple, oil-free method for crispy tofu! Add it to rice bowls, noodle dishes, soup, drizzle it with your favorite sauce, or enjoy hot off the pan as a snack.
Orange Tofu
This “vegan orange chicken” is a great way to use the baked tofu recipe above. Crispy tofu cubes are tossed in a glossy, sticky orange sauce that’s citrusy, savory, and naturally sweetened.
Vegan French Onion Dip
A healthier version of this classic dip! We blend up a homemade “sour cream” then infuse it with rich onion flavor. Delectably creamy & tasty!
Strawberry Baked Oatmeal
This wholesome breakfast features sweet strawberries, tender almonds, and a hint of vanilla. Easy to assemble!
Vegan Ranch Dressing
Creamy, tangy, herby, and oil-free! I tested this recipe extensively and this was my favorite version. Great as a dressing, dip, or condiment.
