I first want to express my gratitude to each of you “early subscribers” - thank you! I’m excited to see where this new journey takes us.
This newsletter will first & foremost keep you updated on new recipes and other blog-related news. But my other hope is to cultivate an environment where we can explore curiosities, grow, and learn together. I encourage your feedback in this process. :)

New Recipe: Miso-Glazed Green Beans
Our family really enjoys these Miso-Glazed Green Beans and they only take about 15 minutes to prepare. It’s such a beautiful summer side dish making use of fresh garden green beans in season right now.
Recipe Refresh: Garden Vegetable Soup
Occasionally I revisit older recipes on the site (to re-test, refresh the photos, and make sure they’re up to par.) This summery Garden Vegetable Soup was the latest update. It’s a lovely seasonal dish right now packed with fresh produce, herbs, and delightful flavor. (Plus it’s incredibly versatile.)
Summer Read: “Fiber Fueled”
I read this book last month discussing how to achieve a healthier gut microbiome. (Hint: diversity of plants!) It was filled with great insight from gastroenterologist Dr. Will Bulsiewicz and the power of fiber. (It also includes a 4-week meal plan and recipes.) Helpful information and worth a read if you get the chance.
Would love to hear what’s on your summer reading list!
Many thanks for joining me on the brink of this new adventure. Your feedback is always encouraged and welcome to help grow & shape the direction of future newsletters!
