I’ve been testing black bean burger recipes for years and haven’t been satisfied enough to share… until now. (Finally!) I love the flavors, and in my opinion, they’re best enjoyed with the homemade Big Mac Sauce.
Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
My new favorite dressing! Made with immensely flavorful roasted red peppers, and it’s slightly tangy, sweet, and salty. A fantastic way to liven up your salads.
Cilantro Jalapeño Hummus
This zesty spin on hummus is easy to prepare and great for snacks, dips, party spreads, or even as a healthier condiment on sandwiches.
Vegan Mac & Cheese
This creamy pasta is made with an oil-free, protein-rich cashew sauce. I love pairing it with freshly steamed broccoli. (Mac & cheese with trees!)
