This mouthwatering Italian-style salad is FULL of bold, delicious flavors… then we toss it in a zesty oil-free dressing! One of my favorite salads.
Kidney Bean, Spinach, and Orzo Soup
This cozy meal intertwines the best of both words: simplicity and deliciousness! It comes together quick & easy with budget-friendly pantry staples. (Or you can use the recipe as a framework to customize as you please!)
Coconut Curry Vegetable Soup
Wholesome veggies swim in a silky, golden broth that’s full of warm, earthy flavors. It’s an easy-to-assemble, feel-good meal. Great served with cooked rice or naan bread!
Vegan Chocolate Chip Muffins
These marvelous muffins are fluffy & tender with velvety chocolate chips in every bite. They're a perfect blend of indulgent yet healthy... made with wholesome ingredients and no refined sugar. (Plus gluten-free and oil-free as well!)
Vegan Lentil Bolognese
This soul-warming Bolognese features nourishing red lentils & mushrooms instead of ground beef. Spoon it over your favorite pasta for an elegant, satisfying, ultra-comforting meal. (I recently updated & improved this recipe based on reader feedback which I love!)
