Vegan Cobb Salad
This protein-rich salad is a healthy plant-based twist on the classic! It's loaded with delicious layers of crisp romaine, eggy tofu, savory "bacon" crumbles, veggies, and chickpeas... then drizzled with a tangy vinegar dressing. (Or swap in your own favorite dressing!)
Spaghetti Salad
A summertime classic - this easy Spaghetti Salad features crisp veggies, black olives, and fresh herbs all tossed in a flavorful, zesty dressing. It's great for picnics, potlucks, or simply enjoyment at home.
