Behind the Scenes
Is it strange to have a favorite building? My dream for about 15 years was to spend the night in one of the rustic “old house” rooms in the 1904-built Old Faithful Inn. High expectations did not disappoint. We stepped back in time and listened to live violin + piano music in the evening lobby, played board games, drank an old-fashioned, and soaked up the 118-year history under these cozy logs. (And even caught the lunar eclipse through the pine trees!) No wi-fi, no service, just slow, blissful, and free.
