Teriyaki noodles, black-eyed pea salad, Italian dressing, and more!

Hello and here’s what’s new at The Garden Grazer:

Teriyaki Noodles

Dinner in 30 minutes! These satisfying noodles are tossed with tender veggies and an easy garlic-ginger teriyaki sauce. Customize it with your favorite vegetables or whatever’s in season!

Black-Eyed Pea Salad

This has all the makings of a satisfying salad: crunchy veggies, fresh herbs, and hearty beans tossed in a bright, tangy dressing. (And it travels well! Last weekend I made a double batch to pack in the cooler for a trip into Yellowstone.)

Mexican Macaroni Salad

A creamy macaroni salad… with a Mexican-style twist! Tender pasta, crunchy veggies, black beans, and fresh herbs are tossed in a creamy southwest dressing. (Or if you want to stick to the classic version, here’s my oil-free Vegan Macaroni Salad recipe.)

Vegan Italian Dressing

This bold & tangy dressing is ready in just 5 minutes. Make it creamy or thin… your choice! Pour it on leafy green salads, pasta salads, grain salads, etc.

Curried Rice Salad

This flavorful rice salad combines crunchy pistachios, sweet currants (or raisins), and an orange-curry dressing! Bright and tasty.

Behind the Scenes

The baby bison are emerging in Yellowstone National Park! Watched several herds roaming & relaxing last weekend.

Back “home” inside my favorite building! The ever-cozy & delightfully rustic Old Faithful Inn. Once again listened to live piano music in the evening while playing cards and drinking an Old Fashioned.

Enjoyed a much-needed weekend of no wireless, no service, just slow, wild, and free. I hope this letter finds you with some joyful moments in your day as well.
