This hearty salad includes chickpeas two ways - in creamy hummus form and smoky, crispy roasted form. (Yes!) It’s incredibly versatile and satisfying enough for a dinner salad.
Vegan Cashew Queso
Silky, cheesy, and made with simple, healthy ingredients. It’s completely dairy-free and a tasty chip dip. Or drizzle it over baked potatoes, Tex-Mex dishes, steamed veggies, etc.
Tofu Fajitas
Oven-baked on a sheet pan! Tofu strips are drenched in a taco-seasoned lime sauce and paired with crisp bell peppers & onions. Personalize them with your favorite toppings.
Vegan Gluten-Free Waffles
Crispy on the outside, and soft & fluffy on the inside. Our favorite waffle recipe! (The batter works well as a pancake mix too.)
