Walnut burgers, orzo salad, chocolate popsicles, and thoughts on authenticity
Hello and happy June! Here’s what’s happening at The Garden Grazer:
Black Bean Walnut Burger
I keep returning to this recipe because it’s so easy to prepare, satisfying, and sturdy. Top it with your favorite condiments or try this Vegan Big Mac Sauce!
Orzo Spinach Feta Salad with Tomato
Fresh baby spinach, juicy tomatoes, basil, and tangy feta cheese mingle together in this bright salad. Simple, light, and easy to customize!
Chocolate Banana Popsicle
Grab a popsicle mold and let’s make a healthier summertime treat! These pops are fudgy, creamy, and rich. (They taste like a banana fudgesicle!)
Miso Tahini Dressing
Utterly delicious and ultra-creamy! Perk up your salads, nourish bowls, wraps, and veggies with this flavorful dressing (or dipping sauce).
Mexican Sweet Potato Bowl
Satiating and filling! This hearty bowl combines rice, black beans, roasted sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and sweet corn. Then it’s topped with a creamy cashew-lime sauce and fresh avocado.
As always, thank you for reading! I truly hope you find something of value here. For more easy vegan recipe inspiration:

Authenticity
I wanted to share a few core values that drive my work and website:
I intentionally create, develop, and test all recipes in my own small kitchen from start to finish. Then personally photograph, edit the photos, write the posts, and finalize the recipes.
I don’t use AI to generate content. Nor do I have copywriters or ghostwriters (which surprisingly many food blogs have nowadays). I don’t hire out food photographers, virtual assistants, recipe developers, or website managers. All words, recipes, photos, and content are my own genuine creation. I strive for integrity and authenticity every step of the process. If I adapt a recipe from another source, I’ll give credit and link to it in the recipe card so you can view the original source.
I also don’t participate in sponsored content. This is because I strive to give readers complete peace of mind that I'm not being paid to promote or say things, and that all content is genuine and authentic. If I enjoy a product, I may mention it on the website, but I’m not compensated for sharing. (That’s not to say there’s anything wrong with sponsored content or hiring out help! It just hasn’t been my style.)
That Orzo salad looks yum!
Love the summer orzo salad, and so many of your recipes! I really enjoyed your comments on authenticity. I appreciate this about you, and it's why I always trust your recipes and photos. There's a real person behind these meals and clean eating :) Also really enjoyed the photos of your vacation!
